Authors are obliged to meet the deadlines and submit source files of their papers and extended abstracts along with PDF files. PDF and LaTeX source files are required. Although Microsoft Word or Open Office files may sometimes be accepted, LaTeX is strongly preferable, especially with regard to documents with many mathematical formulas.

Before April 24, 2011 full versions of papers (in English language), up to 10 pages, or extended abstracts, 2-3 pages, written according to the required layout (see the "Instructions for Papers" at the conference web-site), have to be submitted. In the papers (abstracts), authors should present their original contributions.

Before April 11, 2011, authors will be informed about acceptance of their papers to the PD FCCS'2011, after first step of the review process, in order to include the papers (or extended abstracts) into the Conference Booklet with CD.

Before May 31, 2011, camera-ready versions of the accepted papers (or extended abstracts), prepared according to the templates provided at the PD FCCS'2011 web-site, and (if needed) corrected taking into account reviewers' comments, have to be submitted.
